Levon Khojayan, MD, RPVI

Dr Khojayan obtained a Bachelor of science degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular genetics from UCLA, in Los Angeles, California. He then continued his medical training in Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts. Afterwards he underwent general surgery residency training in Baystate Medical Center Tufts University School of Medicine in Springfield MA where he also served as a chief resident.

He served as a fellow of Vascular surgery and Endovascular therapy in University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Case Western School of Medicine. He then practiced In Metro health Cleveland and was an associate professor at Case Western School of Medicine. Afterwards he and his family moved to Petoskey as they were attracted to the wonderful community and scenery.

Dr. Khojayan practices all aspects of vascular surgery. He specializes in treating patients with diseases of the arteries and veins. His clinical interests include endovascular aortic aneurysm repair, minimally invasive endovascular surgery of extremities, carotid arterial disease, dialysis access procedures, peripheral arterial disease, disorders of the venous system and lower extremity wounds.

He is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery. He is a member of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery.

In his spare time Dr. Khojayan likes to downhill ski, run and cook. He is living in Petoskey with his wife and two children. He is Fluent in English, Armenian and Russian.
